Sealing solutions for petrochemical, power, metallurgy, shipbuilding, municipal water supply, and wastewater treatment applications, including hot-tapping and leak sealing. The main pump body is precision-machined from high-strength alloy steel. Internal plungers and sealing components feature PTFE-filled materials, wear-resistant polyurethane, and stainless steel seals. High-pressure fittings are rated for pressure resistance and explosion-proof safety. Available in manual hydraulic and electric hydraulic configurations.

During loading, release the discharge valve. Use a specialized hook wrench to remove the cartridge nut. Position the new injection tool vertically. Using a plastic or wooden rod (provided by the user), press the piston down to the bottom of the cartridge. Add the required sealant. Tighten the nut and connect the high-pressure hose (using an external adapter or quick-connect fitting). The unit is now ready for high-pressure filling and injection.

Rated working pressure for the injection tool: 60 MPa (8600Psi).

Exceeding the rated working pressure may damage the operator, injection tool, and related equipment.
