Diaphragm valve diaphragm
Designed for imported control valve actuators; widely used in chemical, petroleum, power generation, and water treatment industries for automatic regulation of flow, pressure, and liquid level.
Material: Rubber composite with fabric-reinforced fiber skeleton, typically molded and vulcanized from nitrile rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), or fluoroelastomer. High-strength fabric reinforcement enhances tensile strength and resistance to reciprocating fatigue.
Technical Specifications:
Pressure: 0~0.8MPa (standard instrument air supply operating pressure)
Temperature: -40℃ to 120℃
Chemical Compatibility: Suitable for clean gas sources such as dry compressed air and instrument nitrogen; resistant to mild oil, vapor, and water corrosion.
Product Features: Ring flange with mounting bolt holes; pleated bellows design for large stroke and over 10,000 flex cycles without tearing; reinforced fabric structure ensures stable deformation and uniform rebound, precisely converting air pressure into stem thrust; tight edge sealing prevents leaks to guarantee control valve stroke accuracy. A core wear-prone component of Fisher diaphragm actuators, designed for easy installation and replacement.
Applications: Paired with imported control valve actuators; widely used in chemical, petroleum, power generation, and water treatment industries for automatic flow, pressure, and level regulation in process control systems.
