Constructed from nuclear-grade antioxidant flexible graphite using a specialized manufacturing process. This material offers excellent flexibility, self-lubrication, high springback coefficient, chemical stability, and resistance to high temperatures and pressures. It ensures reliable operation within a temperature range of -200℃ to 650℃ and at pressures up to 25 MPa. The valve plug self-sealing ring incorporates reinforcement materials such as stainless steel strips or nickel-chromium wire mesh. To enhance high-temperature and high-pressure performance, the self-sealing ring can also be designed with top and bottom stainless steel cladding.
