Rubber sheets are flat products with substantial thickness and large surface area, manufactured from rubber through vulcanization. They include solid rubber sheets and reinforced variants such as fabric-reinforced or metal-cord-reinforced sheets. Solid rubber sheets are categorized into general-purpose, acid-alkali resistant, oil-resistant, heat-resistant, and insulating types. These are produced by calendering (or extruding) compounded rubber, laminating, shaping, and then vulcanizing using either a flat vulcanizing press or a continuous drum vulcanizer.

Widely used for sealing pipes, flanges, and valves in oil, metallurgy, chemical, fertilizer, power generation, papermaking, and wastewater treatment industries.
